WSUS Post Deployment Configuration Fails on Windows Server 2012

When you are Post-Install WSUS Configuration Fails, 

It will show error "

C:\Users\hpatel\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp***

invalid path.

 With Error “HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable.

Solution: Open IIS -> Right click on -> WSUS  Site -> Delete it and Try.. It must work..:)
